Our interdisciplinary foundation blends people, policy, and infrastructure—helping organizations achieve mission-critical goals while advancing equity and long-term resilience.

The name Ụzọ Vista reflects this mission: Ụzọ means “path” in Igbo, and Vista signifies vision and perspective. Together, they represent the pathways and perspectives we create with our partners, guiding organizations toward equity, sustainability, and lasting community impact.

Tiffany Johnson brings deep experience in HR, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy, helping organizations design people-centered systems that strengthen leadership and expand opportunity.

Antonio D. Johnson, a U.S. military veteran, is an experienced public sector leader with a background in transportation, environmental policy, and community resilience, specializing in equity-focused infrastructure and workforce initiatives.

Together, they combine a people-first approach with policy and planning expertise to deliver solutions that are innovative, sustainable, and community-driven.

    Antonio D. Johnson, MS
    Antonio is a seasoned public sector leader with more than 20 years of experience shaping transportation, environmental policy, and community resilience across city, state, and federal government. He brings expertise in strategic planning, program management, workforce development, and stakeholder engagement—skills that enable him to help organizations and communities navigate complex infrastructure and policy challenges with equity and sustainability in mind.

    Antonio has guided transformative initiatives that expand climate resilience, promote digital equity, and ensure underserved communities have a voice in infrastructure decision-making. His leadership has consistently bridged government, industry, and community partners to deliver strategies that drive measurable impact and long-term sustainability.

    In addition to his government leadership, Antonio has applied his expertise to support nonprofits and grassroots organizations through program development, environmental justice analysis, and community-based research. He is also deeply engaged in mentorship and literacy initiatives, reflecting his commitment to service and equity beyond his professional work.

    He holds a Master of Science in Geographic Information Systems from the University of Central Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Geography from Tennessee State University. Antonio also serves on the External Advisory Committee for the University of California, Davis Graduate Program in Environmental Policy & Management.

    Tiffany M. Johnson, M.P.S.
    Tiffany is a seasoned HR and talent acquisition leader with more than 15 years of experience spanning global executive search, higher education, and government. She specializes in building leadership pipelines, advancing inclusive hiring strategies, and strengthening the workforce systems that sustain organizational success.

    Her expertise extends across executive search, organizational development, employee relations, compliance, workforce strategy, and career coaching. Tiffany is recognized for creating equitable talent practices, expanding early career pathways, and designing workforce development initiatives that align people strategy with institutional goals.

    Committed to advancing equity beyond the workplace, Tiffany actively supports her community through résumé review, career counseling, and service with organizations such as the Junior League and Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated. She champions issues impacting women and diversity, equity, and inclusion, bringing the same people-centered values to her community leadership as she does to her professional work.

    Tiffany holds a Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources Leadership from Tennessee State University, a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Memphis, and a Certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from eCornell University.
